Introducing THIRTY DAYS OF CHIVALRY!
Oh Chivalry! You are so much more than holding doors open for women! You are so much more than Darcy-esque fantasies of dapper gentlemen! You are so much more than using the proper fork at a table that is prepared for an elegant feast! You are, for both men and women, an attitude of respect, humility, grace and character!
No matter what your education, background or economic status, Chivalry, is a worthy and attainable goal!
For the next thirty days! (THIRTY!) This humble blog will be hosting #30DaysChivalry on Facebook, Twitter, Goodreads and Pinterest in the hopes that my readers can be aware of the long lost art of chivalry. My original plan was to do this merely for the sake of selling books (which isn’t something to be ashamed of) but THEN I read this New York Times article about the death of courtship and now I see that the awareness of chivalry and the insistence that old-fashioned courtship stays in fashion is critical to the happiness of our children. I want my kids to do better and because I’m counting on them marrying out of someone else’s family (the alternative would be weird!) then I need your kids to do better too. This is real reason why I’m pushing #30DaysChivalry and precisely the reason why I wrote Falling For Your Madness in the first place.
So join me! Help spread the word! Let’s start talking about how we can encourage our kids to act like ladies and gentlemen! We’ve got 30 Days! Let’s change the world!
The BEST part is that I’ll be giving away a few autographed copies of my romantic comedy Falling For Your Madness on February 14th! (Sign up here to win!)

I am totally repinning these graphics. Whatever happens with the book, I am 100% behind your quest to reintroduce chivalry to our lives.
And I entered the giveaway too, just because. I’m like that.
I like this a lot. I think chivalry is important. I also think girls need to be taught self respect, so when a guy is not chivalrous, they can kick him to the curb, but in a nice way! A woman doesn’t have to be passive or in need of rescue to participate in chivalry.
